ANS: Advances in Nursing Science Blog 
Thanks for your work, Peggy. I am worried that prolonged or repeated periods of Crisis Standards of Care will contribute to normalization of deviance on a large scale. How this might adversely impact patients and staff and also new grads. I would appreciate any comments you might have. I’m currently writing a revision of “Successful Nurse Communication” (F.A.
